SUPER SATURDAY SLUMBER PARTY

Who says slumber parties are just for kids? We can have just as much fun during sleepovers as they can, and that's the plan for later tonight. The requirement for the party - Silly Slippers and Sleeping Bags!  That's right, everyone has to come with animal, princess, cartoon or crazy slippers.  My choice for the night - A dragon with really bad teeth, shown here on the left.  At least I think it's a dragon. (lol)

Hubby has his own thing going with friends for the Mayweather
fight, so this is the perfect time to have fun with the ladies.

On the menu for the evening, Salad mixed with Sugary Snow Snap Peas, Mini Tacos, Fiery Cheeseburgers, Spicy Chicken Wings, and

Buttery Popcorn.  Dessert will be an assortment of ice cream with everyone's choice of toppings.  For the health nuts, strawberries, blackberries, pecans and oranges.  Let's not forget the frozen pineapple daiquiris and sweet wine for those who care to imbibe.  For those who have been reading my blog, today was a dandelion free day. (lol)

Saturday morning (or afternoon), we're doing brunch with Strawberry Pancakes, Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Home Fries w/jalapenos and choices of apple or orange juice or tea and coffee.  Of course we'll still have lots of giggling to do.

Unfortunately, this group of friends refuse to pick up books so movies it is - all night!  Yay!  What are we watching?  Eagle Eye for total action, Pitch Perfect for lots of laughs and great music, and Fault in Our Stars for romance, tears and hope.

Super excited about this get-together and looking forward to doing this with book friends in the future where we can read and discuss books all night.  I'll definitely keep you posted.

What about you?  Are you up for a totally scandalous party that no one expects?  Life is just too short not to have fun and be crazy!  Shh...don't tell anyone, but we'll probably all be snoring by midnight.  Hugs...
