Admittedly, I'm probably the world's worst when it comes to exercise, but when I found these apps, even I got on the bandwagon to give them a try! Even better, you can earn some goodies. Yay!
1. www.Pactapp.com - tells you if you exercise at least 4 days a week, you can earn up to $5.00! But if you miss a day - you'll have to pay! GPS tracks your activity in case you're tempted to cheat. (lol)
2. www.dietbetter.com, allows you to make a bet of $10 or more to join a team. If the team drops a minimum of 4% of their weight in 4 weeks, the pot gets split. Awesome!
3. www.nexercise.com - says you can accumulate points for your workouts, and redeem what you earn for gift cards from Starbucks, Amazon, etc. Again, this app is tracked via GPS.
