1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
8 Cups Air-Popped Popcorn
Heat your oven to 250 degrees, then coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a microwave safe measuring cup, combine the caramel sauce, sea salt and cinnamon, then microwave for 15 seconds or until melted. In a large bowl, gently toss the popcorn with the caramel mixture to coat. Spread the mixture on evenly on the baking sheet, baking for 25 minutes. Let cool, then break up large pieces for serving.
