WINTER FUN

If you'd like to experience something new and unusual, the activities listed below are tailored just for you!   Even better, they're scheduled for 2015, so you'll have plenty of time to plan.  Visit the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City, FL from Feb. 26 through March 8, 2015 and experience concerts, parades, rides and plenty of strawberry recipes. There are over 10,000 acres of strawberries planted there annually. Wow!  That's a lot!

If you live in Canada or just need a reason to visit this beautiful country,  one of the largest winter carnivals will be held in Quebec from January 30 to February 15. Dare to experience the adventure of sleigh rides, canoe races on ice and actually playing in the snow like you used to do as a kid.

If you fall off your shovel in the Shovel Races at The Steamboat Springs Winter Carnival, you'll automatically be disqualified, so hold on tight.  The carnival will be held in Steamboat Springs, Colorado from February 4 through February 8, 2015.
