I fell in love with this recipe because everything was already in the fridge and it was super simple to make.

1 Lb Sugar Snap Peas - strings removed
10 Oz. Frozen Green Peas
4 Tbsp Butter - yep, I did say butter (lol)
1/4 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Pinch of Garlic Powder

1.  Heat a covered 6-qt saucepot ( be honest, I have no clue if my pot was 6-qts or not, but the size I used worked just fine - lol) boiling salted water on high.  Add frozen peas, cooking for just a minute or until they are thawed.  Then drain well.

2.  Then in the same pot, melt the butter on medium-high or until browned and fragrant. stirring occasionally.  Reduce the heat to medium-low.  Add the sugar snap peas and 1/2 tsp each of salt & pepper, tossing to coat.  Stir in the Parmesan and garlic powder, then remove from the stove.  If you'd like a little more flavor, feel free to add onions; as always, if you like more heat, go ahead and add some cayenne pepper to taste. Serve right away for yummy goodness!
