FROZEN PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI

My husband defeated me so badly in Scrabble yesterday, ( I dare not even tell you the score) that I decided to celebrate my loss with a fruity drink that he would never be caught dead with in a million years! (lol)

 This recipe is so popular that I found it placed throughout Pinterest at least 7 or 8 times. Even if it's cold in your neck of the woods, you'll definitely enjoy this tasty treat.

 INGREDIENTS:
3 cups freshly cut pineapple chunks (half frozen, half unfrozen)
1 cup of ice or crushed ice
60ml sugar syrup
50ml (2 x shots) white rum 
Juice from 1 lime

 Mix in blender until smooth, pour in a glass, then garnish with a pineapple wedge.
