SMOOTHIE POPS

Yes, it may be cold in your neck of the woods, but these smoothie pops still work well as snacks for the kids or for a quick party.

1/2 Cup of Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Frozen Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries or Blueberries)

Blend everything until smooth, then pour into 3 5 Oz. Cups that you use at the water cooler, and place a wooden pop stick in the middle.

Freeze until solid, which should be about 3 hours or so.

Enjoy!
