GREEK-ISLE TOMATO SALAD

This recipe is so simple to make and a low-cal masterpiece!

INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup Greek or Italian Dressing
1 Teaspoon Fresh Mint
Feta Cheese
1 Seedless Cucumber - sliced
1 lb - Tomatoes - sliced
1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives


In a bowl, mix together the Greek dressing and mint. Add Salt & Pepper to taste.

Slice the cucumbers lengthwise, then arrange the cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives on a platter.  Drizzle with the dressing right before serving.
