                         GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE LAYER BARS
Just 5 ingredients will be all you need to make this perfect treat for everyone in the family!

1 Container Pillsbury Gluten-Free refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated)
1 Package White Chocolate or Vanilla Baking Chips (Feel free to use Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate if you prefer).
1 Cup Flaked Coconut
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, then grease your pan or coat it with cooking spray. Spoon the cookie dough in the pan, pressing evenly in the bottom of the pan.  Bake 10 minutes.  Drizzle condensed milk evenly over the partially baked crust, then sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.  Bake 20-30 minutes longer or until golden brown.  Cool completely for about 2 hours.  Cut into rows and serve.
