DESSERT BANANA BOATS

Treat yourself to chocolaty banana boats this weekend with this super simple recipe!

Ingredients
4 Small Bananas
1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Miniature Marshmallows
Chopped Peanuts or Walnuts (Optional)

Directions

1.  Preheat your oven to 300 degrees, then slit each banana lengthwise through 1 side of the peel, being careful not to cut all the way through the banana.  Stuff each slit with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.

2.  Wrap each banana in aluminum foil, place upright on a baking sheet and bake until the chocolate and marshmallows have melted - about 10 to 15 minutes.

3.  Unwrap and serve immediately, sprinkling on the nuts if you prefer.
