This recipe takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare and it tastes yummy!

Toast 4 Slices of Whole Grain or Italian Bread, then spread with 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil. Top with 1 avocado, thinly sliced.  Season with salt and red pepper flakes, then finish it off with a squeeze of lemon.
